Job Description:
• Ensure on time implementation of innovations, renovation and promotional projects; ensure that products are safe and compliant in accordance with mandatory Unilever policies and relevant local requirements.
• Follows Innovation funnel to input local mandatory requirements and flag product performance risks timely.
• Be responsible to amplify / customize demo idea into local consumer appealing & convincible demonstrations. Work with marketing to drive the flawless execution with target effectiveness.
• Be responsible to develop and present training materials in the country, primarily to marketing and sales. Work closely with regional team, to provide consolidated technical fundamentals to support brand activities.
• Coordinate technical evidence to complaints, challenges, quality issues and public crisis with speed, efficiency & accuracy.
• Monitoring competitive market, ensure robust consumer & competitor insights and understanding as key local inputs for category product & claim development.
• Actively build and maintain good working partnerships with RDC, TM community, Marketing and Customer Development team.

Job Requirements:
• MS degree in nature science, pharmacy, chemistry or equivalent;
• Previous working experience in FMCG company (>5Y), well knowledge of cosmetics would be preferred, experiences in project management and technical activation is desirable.
• Strong understands of China cosmetics industry, market & consumer. Broad cosmetics technical understanding of formulation, process, and the testing methodologies used to access product performance;
• Strong ability to collect information from different sources and translate those into consumer appealing language & convert into demonstrations;
• Risk management skills with general knowledge of cosmetic regulations;
• Strong multiple interfaces management and leadership skills;
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Excellent at written & oral English.
• Goal-oriented, self motivated, proactive, fast learning, work under pressure and curious for technology & consumer.
