工作职责：
1. 接听产品热线。
处理、应对及答复客户和消费者的咨询、意见、建议、投诉等；
协助销售处理客户意见反馈和投诉；
向客户、消费者介绍新产品的信息，执行满意度调查；
2. 掌握新产品的相关知识、信息。
3. 维护客户、消费者相关信息的数据库。
Job Responsibility：
1.Daily Hotline Operation:
• To receive consumer inquiries on product FAB & knowledge on Water products;
• To handle the consumer complaints from sales;
• To give outbound to consumers for new product introduction and satisfaction survey;
• To consolidate the related data and report;

2.Product/Promotion Knowledge and Contacts of Related dept:
• Be familiar with new launched products & promotion information and related Q&A;
• Be familiar with contact person in relevant departments, such as CRM, BB, PR, QA, Legal and RA etc. ;

3.Data Key-in:
• To key in the information of consumer and contact into the database correctly and efficiently;

职位要求：
1. 大专同等及以上学历，至少1年接线业务工作经验，优秀应届毕业生也可考虑。
2. 具备一定的电话沟通技巧；
3. 普通话流利、标准；耐心、礼貌，声音甜美；
4. 能够专业的、有技巧的处理客户投诉或意见反馈；
5. 能够独立操作电脑；
6. 净水器相关产品背景经历者优先。
Requirement:
At least 1-year working experience in call center business
Solid tele-skill
Be professional and skilful in complaint handling
Be patient with good manner and nice voice
Good team player
Good PC skill
Be good at mandarin in oral and written
Experience in water purifier area will be an added advantage
