Job Responsibilities:
-Build account/channel specific customer marketing plans to deliver category /brand objectives as part of the brand marketing planning process;
-Integration of customer marketing plans “CMP” with brand marketing plan and customer business planning;
-Develop & translate customer & shopper insights into customer /channel specific brand building activities;
-Work with account managers to ensure execution of retail activation;
-Develop strong relationships with customer at marketing level on retail marketing strategy development;
-Manage trade market development costs allocated by brand building;
-Generate and leverage account specific category and shopper insights;
-Lead execution of customer marketing plans & activities;
-Works with category operations on brand standards as part of CMP;
-Aligns trade category management initiatives with CMP objectives.

Job Requirements:
-Creative thinking with growth mindset;
-Strong business acumen and data analytic power;
-Proactive planning and time management skill
-Strong communication skill;
-Minimum 2~3 years’ experience in Customer Marketing / Trade Marketing team or Modern Trade management, preferably in FMCG industry or retail industry, with marketing background;
-Fully operation with office softwares, such as excel, powerpoint and word;
-Good spoken and written English.
