职位描述
一、库管招聘条件（除公司基本招聘条件外）：
1、学历：大专及大专以上；
2、年龄22岁以上，35岁以下；
3、有类似工作经验优先；
二、库管工作职责：
1、严格执行和遵守公司的相关规章制度和操作流程，服从工作安排；
2、按公司标准工作流程进行货品、物料进出库管理，做到账实相符、账账相符；
3、负责日常库房货品物料的搬运、整理、码放，定期对库房货品物料进行清理、盘存，保证库房整洁、卫生、规范；
4、熟悉库房各种货品、物料品种、款号明细、规格等，精准的取拿货品及货品归位；
5、每天销售补货；
6、协助看场；
7、区域内店与店之间货品调配，客定货品送货上门等；
8、完成公司交办的其它工作。
三、基本薪资
1、新进员工上班天数不满月：100元/日（无补贴）。“满月”是指上满一个自然月，如从5月1日上班至31日；
2、试用期：底薪3500元＋餐费补贴450＋话费补贴50元+1‰提成；
3、正式员工：底薪3500元＋餐费补贴450＋话费补贴50元+3‰提成；
4、工龄工资：每工作超过一年，增加100元的工龄工资；
5、每周休息1天，需避开节假日和周五、六、日；用餐时间半小时；
6、工作时间： 上午11：00－晚上20：00；
7、工作职责：主要以库房卫生、库房管理、协助销售顾问找货、拿货、调拨等工作为主，同时协助看场；
8、自备工装：男员工/白衬衫、黑色西裤和黑色皮鞋；女员工/穿店铺工服；
9、试用期叁个月，签订劳动合同，在当地购买社保，缴纳五险一金；
