职位描述

I           Primary Purpose

            Support CRM campaign communication, result tracking; meanwhile support customer database analysis job

 

II          Key Responsibilities

 

Store Performance Analysis – regular base (25%)

·         Collect data and generate store profile as per request

·         Provide key insights based on analytics result

·         Help preparing data for quarterly GC store performance analysis report

Clearance Communication – regular base (25%)

·         Follow up and supervise the progress of DM proofing, printing, and mailing.

·         Track and follow up with agency to ensure the ontime blastout of inbase communication, across GC & different clearance phase


·         Close collaboration with Retail & Retail Marketing team, to support the landlord communication and track the result

·         Draft the clearance communication result report and provide insight upon it

WeChat Related Support– regular base (15%)

·         Work with agency to timely collect O2O coupon distribution, download and redemption result

·         Track the monthly New & total customer binding result, call out if anything stands out

·         Help the eName capture & WeChat MiniProgram testing and provide feedback for its upgrade

Other Data Support – regular base (20%)

·         Collect and distribute transmitalls, maintain the YoY tracking calendar of events, coupons, promotion mechanics, LTH for both channels

·         Familiar with the existing reports and database structure, can support on simple analysis like traffic and sales tracking

·         Gain basic understanding of CS2000 system, help on data retrieving, cleasing and preparation

·         Close monitor on IntergraLoop weekly refreshing, and timely call out if any report fail to upload latest data

·         Familiar with products, GWPs and campaigns, maintain related tracking record and facilitate the data retrieval


Other Ad-hoc (15%)

·         Cross-checking reports from Acxiom and coach-side to make sure data consistency

·         Support the process of signing contracts, proactively communicate with Legal team to move forward the process

·         Handling questions from stores & hotline, like data capture, WeChat binding, VIP point, campaign, CRM benefits, CRM coupon (VIP, birthday) etc.

·         Maintain the tracking record for communication contents and other details of all inbase communication

 

III         Education and Experience Required

Bachelor, basic knowledge of database, skilled use of Excel and Powerpoint

 

IV         Dimensions

            Strong learning ability, work carefully, logical thinking ability.


V          Personality Dimensions

            Responsible, good communication skill, strong ownership and willingness to learn new things.
