职位描述

1.   Position Summary:

      Provide internal process implement support to MITG sales and marketing with respect to external events management, coordination and other necessary event administration-related support to ensure that the needs of our customers are met in a timely and professional manner. Implement of effective & executable policies to drive external events occurred.

 2.  Principal Accountabilities:

       ?         Coordinate and work closely with Sales & Mkt and respective process owner of compliance/legal/procurement/finance team to ensure external events got approval before event happens and well organized in a safe environment.

    ?         Collect, prepare and verify all external events supporting documents to meet compliance requirement & SOP as well as submit event applications, track approval status, complete execution&milestone(PO) for payment as ECATS super user (ECATS is a system for compliance approval).

   ?         Build and maintain speaker pool according to SOP.

     ?         Follow up 3rd party payment processing timely and take care of the related invoice issues

   ?         Collect and maintain payment tracking records

  ?         Other role and responsibilities of team supporting, such as make/chop/courier agreement.

  ?         Other tasks assigned by line manager.


  3.  Experience:

      ?        Customer-oriented, Strong ability of execution and policy enforcing, careful in doc review.

  ?        1-2 years of working experience on sales admin or customer service with system operation(Oracle/SAP). ?        Strong planning, organizing and documentation skills.

   ?        Good and patient communication.

  ?        Basic English skill in reading and writing.
