岗位职责:

Merchandise follow up:

1.  Sample development follow-up: execute sample development (from first sample to full color sample) according to buying requirements

2. Approval sample follow-up: follow the approval process of bulk fabrics, trims, making, etc.

3. Order follow-up: follow the entire process from order placing to production delivered to ensure on-time delivery

4. Support material sourcing---request and follow up seasonal new materials from supplier

Order writing & maintenance:

1.  Place orders into SAP according to CP

2. Maintain PAD/SAD changes through intranet workflow

Internal communication:

1. Communicate with designers on sample development issues

2. Communicate with buyers on merchandise follow-up

3. Attend internal team meetings, i.e., best-seller/slow-mover, CDM (and CDM follow-up)/FBR (and FBR follow-up), weekly team meeting, etc.

QAD process & follow up:

1. Inspection booking

2. SCOTA preparation

3. Testing preparation

4. Inspection & testing result follow up

Parcel handling:

1. Pack, mail, receive, unpack parcels and distribute contents

Sample management:

1. Original sample & PP sample management

2. Marketing sample follow-up and management

3. Stock room management (2-4 times/year clean-up)

Bags making session:

1. Attend the making session and record the commercial comment

2.  Work with the Buyer to make sure the making comments are sent to supplier timely

CP maintenance:

1.  Maintain CP data after order placement

Market research support:

1.  Support competitor visit & SWOT analysis

BW report preparation & analysis:

1. Generate BW report from the system weekly

2. Support Buyer on monthly/ seasonal analysis

Price negotiation:

1.  Responsible price negotiation with supplier

1.  College degree or above

2.  At least 2 years relative working experience

3.  Team-player and self-motivated

4. Good in English and Mandarin

5. Familiar with Computer skills
