职位描述

Detail Principal Activities Performed by the Incumbent 该职位主要职责
1. Align with Regional Sales Supporting Manager’s (RSSM) goal and mission to deliver and implement by communicate sales vision, direction, objectives, strategies, focus and priorities for the upcoming 6 months to ensure that the all sales administration and supporting team members in regional and provincial level are in support of the priorities in short term and the sales department vision and strategies in long term.
2. Support RSSM to conduct sales volume, sales budget planning and analysis, to control expense and provide recommendation for field sales team
3. Support RSSM to set up and delivery of effective sales administrative support system to ensure business support are delivered with efficient, simplified, rationalized and standardized model.
4. Assist straight forward reapplication to regional, provincial level and city level to support business needs and promote seamless communication.
5. Support RSSM to establish sales data & reports system which usage for sales management in tracking business health, understanding market competition and opportunity in market place through effective information collection by field sales organization and sales administration system.
6. Support RSSM to deliver the most updated and effective sales relative procedures to ensure the best process availability to sales operation and market demand.
7. Support RSSM to build up the effective system for the sales expense including trading, selling and M&P expenses to ensure that resources are effectively allocated, used by well planning and effective approval process with transparency system monitored in support of business development and anti competition.
8. Support RSSM to develop an effective management tool to monitor and improve the provincial sales clerk
9. Assist RSSM to handle ad hoc projects based on HQ, regional or provincial needs.
10. Work and coordinate effectively with all other functions and line in one to deliver WCC goals.


Incumbent Requirements 该职位具体要求
1. Experienced supervisor with discipline and self-motivation;
2. Experience in data analysis, information system management, and business support for at least 2 years , with experience in FMCG products for at least 2 years;
3. Effective leadership and with solid planning capability
4. An effective communicator ( good English and Mandarin-written and spoken);
5. A team player with superior initiative and follow-through
6. University educated.
