1. with 1 or 2 year-working experience related to Industrial Engineering, with bachelor or above degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering related majors. Very outstanding graduates are also our target talents.

  有1-2年IE 或项目工程师相关工作经验，大学本科或以上学历，机械或工程相关背景。非常优异应届毕业生也可考虑。

2. Have strong mobility of location and aim to become supply chain elites

3. Fluent in English as a working language

4. Have an eye for continuous improvement, desire to challenge yourself and keep learning

5. Have the ability to simplify the complex and solve the root cause of a problem

6. Show a proven history of setting and delivering against goals and massively over delivering
