Role Summary/Purpose
The Specialist provides direction and assistance to work group in order to meet assigned objectives. In this role you will work within defined parameters to make decisions, apply concepts to issues of moderate complexity, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.

Essential Responsibilities
· • Process and file all project documents into the Project Filing System
• Maintain accurate records of all register documents
• Works with Project Engineering Manager to update drawing lists and to coordinate releases and distribution. Ensure that all document transmittal and distributions are accurate and timely.
• Coordinate the collection of technical standards for in-house Engineering Library
• Ensure that project team is properly trained on all DC associated application
• Responsible for the administration of all project documentation and records
• Ensure that project document filing adheres to ISO policies and procedures
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to project document management
• Assist discipline manager in continuous improvement activities
• Complete other tasks assigned by the discipline manager timely

Qualifications/Requirements
· • Associated degree in Library Management, English, Engineering, etc.
• Good computer, Word, Excel skills
• Ability to work closely in a team environment
• Sense of responsibility and accountability
• Demonstrates initiative, teamwork, and commitment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Desired Characteristics
• Experience in engineering is a plus
• Knowledge of air pollution control system
• Ability to read engineering drawings
