MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

· Participate in developing marketing plan of key account cooperation project for academic hot topics. Responsible for tactical and operational planning, organizing, executing and monitoring of marketing plans to engage target KOL & customer and support both short and long-term financial objectives and business growth.

· Work in close partnership with sales team in developing and implementing varies marketing education activities, build-up and reinforce effective sales/MKT product team cooperation to fulfil strategic goals.

· Develop academic materials and support related on all matters concerned with designated academic direction or indication (to both sales team and external customers).

· Work closely with sales team to ensure an intimate working relationship exists between Medtronic and national/regional thought leaders.

· Manage international KOL roadshow education events/projects to establish and reinforce cooperation between academic leaders and regional accounts, and realise market value.

JOB QUALIFICATION

Knowledge

· Bachelor’s degree or above in Medicine clinical.

· Familiar with KOL relation management and marketing affair

Job Experience

· 3+ years of experience in marketing, sales or related area

· 3+ years of experience in medical industry.
