POSITION TITLE: Sr. Supply Chain Specialist (Forecast & Planning)

REPORTS TO: Sales Ops & Logistic Manager

FUNCTION: The responsibilities of this role is to drive and optimize the S&OP process through the company. The candidate is expected to work across the different functions such as sales, finance, marketing, sales ops & global operation to support the China sales and operation to align with the company goals. ; Data management, planning, communication and supply chain knowledge are essential skills.

BASIC PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION: Sales Forecast & Demand Planning

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The incumbent will also be responsible for, but not limiting to the following duties:

• Assist line manger to drive and optimize the S&OP process.
• Generate accurate sales forecast based on sales funnels, promotion plan, backlogs, supply capacity, etc.
• Evaluate and adjust the monthly rolling demand data and submit reliable PSI forecast to global operation team.
• Historical trend tracking and analyzing, to further support sales forecast.
• Closely work with local and global operation team to ensure the actual sales match with forecast.
• Weekly confidence list updates and communicating with global shipping site to ensure the shipment on time delivery.
• T-10 & T-5 risk assessment report.
• Monthly sales report verification and adjustment.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:

Bachelor degree in supply chain or related discipline.

LANGUAGE:

Demonstrates excellent communication (writing and reading) skills in English and Chinese

COMPUTER:

Excellent Microsoft Excel skill, ORACLE experience is preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

3-5 years working experiences in Operations / Supply chain, life science industry experience is preferred.

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:

• Solid knowledge of operation / supply chain, especially in planning and forecasting.

• Excellent communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with cross-function to ensure positive outcome

• Strong analytical techniques

• Positive attitude, fast learner and multi-tasking

• Be able to work under pressure

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

This position may require business traveling in a fewness situation.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This position functions in a general office environment.
