Job description

- To provide nationwide technical support for railway aftermarket service.

- Regular communication with product company’s (Atlas Copco France/ Atlas Copco Airtec/ Atlas Copco Wuxi…) aftermarket team to support quality team, to close the issues effectively.

- Design & deliver the technical training program to customers & support the customers competence improvement to grow the business.

- Provide technical support for quality team via utilization of the internal resources to improve customer’s satisfaction.

- Collect data on aftermarket technical issues and make statistics for data investigation.

-To undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager.

 

Experience requirements

• A person with strong technical background with Atlas Copco CT products / Minimum 3 years' field service experience is required.

• Work experience in railway application is a plus.

 

Educational requirements

• University / College graduate in an engineering discipline.

 

Other Requirements

- Willing to travel

 

Knowledge

- Good English in both spoken and written.

- Good computer skills including Microsoft series, Lotus Notes and ERP system.
