职位描述

Responsibilities include but not limited to:


Office Administration


· Responsible for the daily administrative work including office supplies purchasing, office equipment management,managing and control company office asset etc.


· Responsible for the payment handle of GZ office and make sure exactly, such as GZ office rental, property management fee, stationery fee, water fee, telephone fee, express fee ect. Prepare GZ office monthly report to team leader.


· Office expense control: make budget and control the actual cost within finance budget, and submit GZ office expense accrual and cash flow forecast report base on Finance requirement.


· Monitor and report - Administration function efficiency and cost effectiveness of GZ office and make vendor review each year and in charge of negotiating with relevant companies and signing agreement or contact related to administrative affairs.


· Accommodation arrangement and assist in visa application for local staff’s overseas trip and foreigner’s business travel to Guangzhou.


· Keep good relationships and good communication with external partner, such as landlord and property management office, government ect.


· Responsible for organize employee activities like Family day & Happy Fri to improve staff’s job satisfaction, and select employee’s feedback to LM.


· Support company PR work with Admin team.


· Other task arranged by superior.


HR Support


· Assist HRBP for the South area recruitment, like screen resume, interview arrangement, reference check etc.


· Supporting HR project, like HRMS review, Rainbow Bridge communication, annual conference etc.

Other Support


Sometimes, not regularly, need this role provide certain support to Government Affairs & Finance Dept, like

· Help to submit material to relevant government bureau, like Tax Bureau, Medical

Insurance Center, Price Bureau, etc.


· IT & Finance system contact person for Guangzhou office


Required requisites


· Bachelor degree in Administration or related field

· Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in administrative function, relevant work experience in MNC will be an advantage. Recruitment experience is a plus.

· Good communication & coordination skills

· Good team work & patient

· Good command of written and spoken English
