Responsibilities include but not limited to:

· Perform the MICE purchasing activities as well as other categories:

o Conduct project based tenders and prepare evaluation and analysis of offers under MICE frame contracts

o Manage HR service, professional service, IT etc. categoies independently, from procurement to payment in accordance with their business suitability and the principle of total cost of ownership

o Foster competition among suppliers, negotiate commercial terms and conditions and manage supplier relationships to obtain maximum value for the company's investment

· Seek to develop and maintain long-term, ethical supplier relationships, while giving prime consideration to Menarini interests

· Continuously manage costs/service levels in order to obtain maximum value for the company’s investment

· Handle and structure available information to provide accurate reporting on requisitions and suppliers

· Negotiate contract and monitor compliance with terms and conditions

· Constantly strive to find new and better products, sources of supply and better ways of meeting the company’s requirements

· Implement procurement policies where required in conjunction with site functions, eg Quality, Finance, Logistics as well as Regional requirements and ensure compliance with established Procurement Policy and other SOPs.

· Cooperate with marketing and sales and other departments in optimization of product specifications and delivery dates.

· Maintain collaborative working relationship with customers, peers and other departments;

· Perform all work in a responsible manner that ensures the health and safety of yourself and all other employees;

· Ensure activities comply with legal and ethical standards as well as company policies;

· Perform other related duties as assigned by your manager from time-to-time.

Required requisites

i) Experience and qualification

1、Experience and Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business desirable

· Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred

· 3-5 years’ experience in procurement/sourcing/purchasing function

· IT – savvy and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

· Fluent English written and oral capability
