Essential Responsibilities
 Commercial support for ITO contract with customers and partners, including proposal submission, transactional pricing, customer negotiations;
 Facilitate deal review process to ensure the risk points and mitigations, business risk acceptance levels are properly checked and reviewed by business decision team;
 Lead Sourcing Team work to support ITO bidding, include ITO/OTR sourcing and logistic;
 Drive Procurement & Logistics execution during project phase, Identify, organize and implement all required actions to optimize procurement & logistics activities during execution and ensure OTD at the right quality;
 Connect relevant functions of engineering, SQE on ITO sourcing technical clarification, vendor quality management and execution issues
 Prepare authorization to release new projects to execution team.
 Support overall project execution when needed to facilitate business transition;

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above from an accredited university or college in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent
• At least 10 years of commercial or sales, project management and sourcing experience in the power/chemical industry

Desired Characteristics

• Solid experiences on gasification licensing business, with the ability to quotation and tendering, negotiate contracts, and deal effectively with customer in execution
• Sourcing Knowledge on Manufacture, commercial contract management and vendor development
• Strong leadership ability and organizational skills to influence cross functional teams
• Highly motivated, self-initiator and starter, team work spirit, sense of urgency & Customer Focus;
