Essential Responsibilities
'•Partner with PS China region leadership team to define and execute growth strategy by industry vertical & product line while driving/ supporting tactical commercial activities
•Wing-to-wing ownership on Cash/CFOA, including CFOA planning & reporting, Capital/Treasury/bank relationship management, and bank instrument utilization
•Financial reporting, pacing and analytics at region line as well as at contract level
•Partner with Productivity team to provide analytics and visibility around CSA margin improvements and contract cum catch
•Manage/supervise OTR Finance team in GOF to ensure proper accounting & execution for both MYA & transactional contracts
•Establish and maintain strong operating rhythm and communication with HQ Cash, MYA and Risk teams
•Understand the objectives of leadership to creatively identify/define and implement processes and analytics that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business operation
Role Summary/Purpose
'The Senior Finance Manager will be owning Cash, Risk & OTR Finance oversight for Power Services China. She/he will be a critical business partner to the Power Services China Leadership team to develop and execute on initiatives to optimize value and profitable growth in the region while driving simplification and strong processes.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Accounting / Economic/Finance
- Minimum 5+ years Finance
- Strong analytical, leadership and problem solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of an organization
- Passionate about change management and process improvement
- Strong organizational skills and results oriented attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Desired Characteristics
•Graduate of GE FMP/CAS or graduate of other financial leadership programs
•Familiarity with Oracle/Powermax accounting systems
•Familiarity with Long term Service Contracts or Service models
•Extensive Finance experience within a highly-matrixed environment
•High integrity standards; accepting and adhering to high moral, ethical and personal values in decisions, communication, actions and when dealing with others
•Able to switch quickly and effectively between high level strategic thinking / analysis to detailed reviews/ deep dives: ability to manage multiple projects as well as ongoing operational responsibilities simultaneously
•Proven ability to energize teams and those around them
•Proven ability to work with and manage remote / virtual teams
•Ability to challenge processes and implement improved working methods
•Strong communication skills; ability to explain financial information in a clear and concise manner
•Highly analytical with well-developed problem solving skills
•Proven ability to operate in a diverse operational and cultural environment
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
