Essential Responsibilities
-Grow & manage the Greater China Service Team.
-Identify Customers with legacy GE control systems and rotating equipment.
-Provide service on control systems & rotating equipment and identify opportunities for upgrades.
-Provide appropriate reports for all jobs.
-Present technical training sessions for customers on rotating and control equipment.
-Contact customers to organize service jobs and training sessions.
-Drive the Service Team to achieve > 75% utilization of applied time
-Commitment to workplace EH&S and other legislative regulations related to the mining industry.
-Commitment to integrity
Qualifications/Requirements
-Electrical Engineering Degree or Electrical Trade plus Associate Degree
-A minimum of 10 years controls, automation, rotating equipment & power delivery experience.
-Proven ability to manage and grow a service team that could potentially be based remotely
-Flexibility with hours and an expectation of up to 50% travel time
-Computer Literate (Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office)
-Good report writing and oral communication skills
-Customer focused & committed to growing a successful business.
