1.Acquisition & Customer Development
*Define, lead, execute and manage the ongoing creation of integrated customer communications across all distribution and service channels and all digital medias
*Lead and manage the search engine marketing strategy and daily operation on search engine media to continually optimize the brand & sales performance
*Develop customer-centric marketing strategy for various customer segments based on the customer insights through customer data analysis.
*Create and manage customer communications that are informed by, and leverage, customers insights from previous research
*Develop digital marketing communications strategy that covers the full customer life cycle from acquisition, growth, retention and service.

2.Customer Communications Implementation
*While not accountable for the content of marketing campaigns, ensure that there is strong integrated between marketing campaigns (including script positioning) and customer communications in order to deliver a seamless branded experience.
*Able to evaluate creative and content designs and provide thoughtful feedback.
*Able to adapt to changes within customer communications approaches and within an increasingly digital marketing landscape.
*Solid understanding of the digital marketing environment, including web, mobile, media and advertising.
*Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical business groups across the company.
*A solid understanding of analytics, measuring and interpreting key communication metrics and tracking tools.

3.Agency Management
*Able to build and maintain productive and efficient relationships with SEM agencies.
*Ensure that identified strategic agencies build knowledge and processes to improve the quality of communication material.
*Measurement and action
*Ensure the development of material is on time and on budget.

Requirement
1. 3 years of work experience on SEM marketing (Social Media will be a plus)
2. Have hands-on working experience on Baidu, Google, 360 and Sougou (Other channels will be a plus)
3. Campaign development and management.
4. With excellence on both English and Mandarin
5. Familiar with a working knowledge of digital communication tools and processes.
6. Work independently with minimal guidance
7. A creative thinker with an innovative approach to problem solving, which is outcomes driven
8. Highly developed creative and analytical skills with an ability to remain focused on outputs and to adjust delivery mechanisms to meet deadlines and stakeholder needs
9. Demonstrated highly developed interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively negotiate and communicate specific issues where there are competing agendas and priorities
10. Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
11. Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
