As an English Teachers at Kids and Teens will have access to platforms that allow students to come together to study and perfect their English skills.

English Teachers play a key role at EF Kids and Teens Online Teaching Services and are required to prepare and deliver online lessons in line with EF methodologies for lesson delivery and EF systems of student management to ensure a high level of teaching quality and student satisfaction. English Teachers should support students through online classes and provide personalized learning experiences to help students produce and enhance the language they’re learning in their offline study.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Provide meaningful feedback and error correction to help develop students in a timely manner
2. Fully prepare lessons and equipment in advance before the class
3. Participate in testing, and launching process of the new products and services
4. Adhere to all the administrative procedures
5. Timely completion of post-lesson reports within 12 hours of class completion
6. Use provided EF branded lesson materials and resources to deliver engaging online lessons to students in line with EF methodologies for lesson delivery and EF systems of student management to ensure a high level of teaching quality and student satisfaction.
7. Provide basic platform troubleshooting to students experiencing issues with the online classroom (training to be provided on-site).
8. Begin and end class on time
9. Cooperate with management team in maintaining effective communication and efficient operation of Kids and Teens Online Teaching Services
10. Maintain a high level of communication with service specialists and line manager
11. Carry out teaching related responsibilities including, but not limited to demonstration lessons, Life Clubs, Tutorials, presentations and social events
