Job responsibilities

  

o Transfer existing and develop new product inspection requirements and product specifications within a digital quality management system. Products include but are not limited to medical devices, drugs, cosmetics and commodities used in global markets

  

o Manage the change requests associated with product inspection requirements and product specifications within a digital quality management system.

  

o Standardize and combine criteria to streamline product inspection process

  

o Work with field inspectors in Asia as well as communicate with overseas (US, Europe, Japan, Australia, New Zealand) divisional quality specialists on product inspection requirements and product specifications.

  

· The following qualifications are required

  

o Excellent written English vocabulary and grammar proficiency

  

o Excellent attention to detail when reviewing English text.

  

o High level of proficiency with identify spelling errors and grammatical mistakes

  

o Highly organized

  

o Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

  

o Bachelor’s degree in a field that requires a high amount of written English proficiency.

  

· The following qualifications are desired but not required:

  

o Experience with FDA regulations

  

o Working knowledge of ANSI sampling plans and AQL’s

  

o Lean/Six sigma experience
