Our 3,000-plus procurement and logistics employees work in more than 100 countries, to obtain and supply millions of products and services in over 200 categories from thousands of suppliers all over the world. Our goal is to create a supply base that works as an extended enterprise, creating value through continuous improvement in quality, technology, and logistics, while optimizing cost and sustainability.



You will be based on Shanghai Location.

？ Work with ABB on-site engineers and Flex team to dig out productivity improvement opportunity.
？ Collaborate with Flex planning and purchasing team on delivery expediting, material shortage solution to prevent supply interruptions.
？ Work with commodity team to solve the shortage in Flex.
？ Develop Plastic and Chemical suppliers to rationalize supplier base to improve sourcing efficiency and develop synergies and cost saving opportunities.
？ Own supplier negotiation in the region on pricing, payment term, supply agreement and ABB terms & conditions to achieve business objectives.
？ Manage supplier fulfillment and improve on-time-lead delivery; support supply chain team to meet customer requirements.
？ Own supplier management, support SQE and business teams to ensure excellent supplier quality and services required by businesses.
？ Review, define and realize saving opportunity.
？ Reach agreement with suppliers.

？ Bachelor’s Degree (or higher), Engineering is Preferred.
？ Fluent communication in English.
？ Excellent negotiation skill, phone meeting organizer and leadership to drive team forward.
？ Good knowledge in manufacturing process of responsible component and quality control process.
？ Strong inter-personnel skill, open-minded, self-restrain and self-motivated.
