任职要求
1、大专以上学历，人力资源、企业管理类相关专业毕业及持有三级以上资格证者优先；
2、两年以上相关工作经验，有服装行业相关工作背景者优先；
3、熟悉人力资源六大模块的业务，在人员招募、入离职手续办理、社保及公积金业务办理等方面有实际操作能力；
4、熟悉国家相关劳动法律、法规，熟悉人力资源管理工作流程和运作方式；
5、工作细致认真，原则性强，有良好的执行力及职业素养。

工作内容

1. 执行并完善公司的人力资源规划，招聘与培训，员工社保福利等方面的管理工作；
2. 组织并协助各部门进行招聘、补充、入职培训和日常管理等工作；
3. 执行并完善员工入职、转正、异动、离职等相关政策及流程；
4. 负责人事信息管理与员工档案的维护，大型活动的组织开展等工作；
5. 其他人事日常工作。
   （备注：本职位工作地点在惠州大亚湾，公司可提供住宿）。
