Responsibilities
- Understand the needs of process automation from multiple process stakeholders
- Lead RPA project delivery following Medtronic Project Management Methodology
- Partner with process SMEs to perform the RPA assessment on process automation
- Coordinate the communication and review with EMEA and Global RPA COE team
- Assist in promoting RPA technology and solution to business
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Software Development, Computer Engineering, Project Management or related field
- Developer background with team leading experience
- Fluent English speaking
- Project management experience is a plus
