Job Description

Job Title: Financial Analyst

Department: Finance

Main Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Prepare and consolidate monthly forecast and commentary reports
• Participate in AOP process, including sales, EBIT budget and capital plan
• Participant in sales incentive process, including target assignment and performance validation
• Assist business leadership in driving profitable revenue and achieve business objectives
• Participate in initiatives to streamline processes

Job Qualification

Requirements

Knowledge/Education:

• B.A. Finance, Business, or other related
• CPA, ACA, CIMA qualification is preferred
• Knowledge in JDE/SAP is preferred
• Good Excel and PowerPoint skills

Job Experience:

• At least 3 years experience in financial analysis or related areas;
• Experience in sales organization is preferred
• Experience in dealer management / product pricing is preferred

Skills/Competencies:

• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong business acumen
• Ability to work within a matrix organization
• Ability to work under pressure and meeting the deadlines
