PURPOSE OF THE JOB 设置此职位的目的
This person is key to identify China customer needs and promote company offers to grow video business. He or she needs to understand China video market, positioning company offers, take quick actions to competition and provide supports/tools to commercial team.
OBJECTIVES / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要岗位职责
Market research and strategy
Conduct competitive market research and market-positioning messaging on products in conjunction with global offer marketing and local sales organizations.
Identify offer gap.
Commercialization of new offers
Lead product marketing function in OCP (Offer Creation Process), provides inputs to the design process, participates in Engineering design reviews & Project meetings.
Prepares marketing handoff documents and supports a timely and efficient launch of new products.
Manage go-to-market efforts of new offers, plan and execute new product launch activities.
Offer management
Regular review video business to understand market dynamics, propose actions to grow business.
Provide sales tools to help grow technical/commercial competence of both internal and external team and win projects.
Support marcom activities to promote company brand and products.

Candidate must be willing to travel frequently.

In-Country within Buildings Business: BU Offer Marketing, Sales, Technical Support, R & D
Corporate functions within Buildings Business: global product management, global Product marketing management, global supply chain, global R & D etc
Cross-BU: SSVF (SE virtual factory), other BU product/offer marketing, cross selling team etc.
EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS 对外工作联系
Customers, Distributors, System integrator, Design Institute and Suppliers
Know how : (education, etc) 具体要求(如教育程度)
An Engineering, Electronics or Marketing bachelor’s degree from a leading university, master’s degree preferred.
Experience required : 工作经验要求(请注明要求的工作年限)
Minimum 3 year working experience in security industry in one or more of the following areas:
l Video security is a must and access control as a plus
l System integration and installation experience
l IP-based network system
Languages : 语言能力要求
Multi/lingual: Fluent in English (both verbal and in writing) and Mandarin
Age requirement : 年龄要求
28-40
