Key Objective:
The Cultural Care Au Pair Programme is a US Government regulated, cultural exchange programme sending 18-26 year olds with child care experience to the USA for 12 months. This role is responsible for all facets of recruiting and preparing 18-26 year olds in China to travel to the USA as au pairs for 1 to 2 years.
Your main responsibility is the promotion of the Au Pair programme within your area as well as recruiting and selecting au pairs. The sales representative is required to hold Information meeting and interview candidate in your city as well as lead sales activities such as school visits and advertising in order to create interest in our programme.
Sales Representative Tasks:
· Identifying target market contacts
· Relationship building: conducting in-person visits of contacts (Schools, Church Groups and Universities etc.)
· Making presentations to prospective candidates
· Interviewing au pair candidates
· Candidate application processing
Person Description
Preferred required Skills and Work Experience:
· Customer/Client management, travel, recruitment or previous Au Pair background
· Advance level in oral and writing English
Educational:
· Preferably Academic degree qualified

· Independent
· Positive and Passionate
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
