职位描述
Essential Responsibilities
* Responsible for the excellent planning, preparation and execution of the commissioning, trial run up to acceptance testing and inspection for Steam Turbines / Generators and related Auxiliaries.
* Execute all the required preparation and pre-checks as specified in the work instruction
* Coordinate with the Commissioning Lead Engineer/customer on all issues related to the scope of works
* Ensure the highest quality of workmanship and adherence to the Site Quality Plan
* Perform commissioning according to the specifications and engineering documents, taking into account the safety instructions, environmental protection measures and local regulations
* Issue quality commissioning, operation, quality record and feedback documentation in timely manner
* Hand over the commissioning, quality and feedback documentation and software with document list to the LE Com Engineer/customer
* Ensure that commercial and technical deviations are reported with corresponding NCR/FSI-tool up until its completion
* Involve technical department in handling technical problems
* Facilitate the turnover of systems from erection to commissioning and from commissioning to the Customer in accordance with current procedure / work instruction
* Ensure all defined packages within the discipline are ready for Turnover to Customer on time
* Closely monitor all activities, which could have harmful effects on the environment
* Manage, assess, supervise and co-ordinate personnel assigned
* Maintain logbook to record commissioning and operational events
* Train the Customer staff in operation a maintenance as instructed
* Own compliance with GE EHS policy and site specific EHS plans
* Ensure subcontractors are in compliance with the EHS requirements at site.
* Other tasks that line manager assigned
Qualifications/Requirements
* University degree or equivalent in engineering related field
* Fluent in English both verbal and written
* Willing to work abroad for several months
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in site construction execution
* General knowledge of power plants systems
* Proactive behavior and can-do attitude
* Ability to prioritize and focus on the key business priorities
* Team player, creates a culture of collaboration
* Ability to effectively work with cross functional teams & across multiple time zones
Desired Characteristics
* Experience in Power Plants business or Oil & Gas industry
* Knowledge and experience with international construction regulations & relations
* Knowledge and experience of construction codes & standards
