岗位职责:

Order fulfillment & delivery tracking
？Setup SOP for order processing (saleable & Promo) and ensure all procedures are adhered to.
？Be responsible for order placement (saleable & promo) & build / maintain strong brand field team relationships as single-point-of-contact in SCM.
？Track order delivery and advice counter of updated order status to ensure timely and sound order fulfillment.
？Be responsible for order return operation (saleable & promotional).
？Be responsible for local value set repacking arrangement.

Business process
？Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and support brand team to achieve target.
？Translate business requirements into practical supply chain solution which in line with business strategy & improve efficiency, productivity and satisfaction.
？Ensure adherence to policy and processes.

Sales reporting & Inventory monitoring
？Monitor inventory availability & provide OOS pre-alert to brand team, and Support counter to manage the counter inventory effectively, maximally avoid OOS & over-stock issues in order to increase sales opportunity.
？Maintain standard sales reports, and Generate ad-hoc report at request.Be responsible for the memo and notice upload onto POS.
？Provide administrative support.

任职资格:

？College and Above
？More than five years' in-depth experience in sales supporting & customs service function. Have FMCG background is strongly preferred.
？Technical strong in data extraction, synthesizing and reporting
？Data sensitive and accurate.
？Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
？High willingness and ability to learn new things.
？Well organized, detail oriented, performance driven & good in prioritization.
？Passionate, self-motivated, proactive and strong team player.
？Good command in English.
