岗位职责:

Accountabilities:

? Purchase order management (create, change, cancel, close) with placement in a timely manner to support the production plans. This included expediting Purchase orders to protect service and de-expediting to manage inventory.
? Order acknowledgement monitoring (Order confirmation, Advanced Ship Notice)
? “Best Date” processing (ZE date confirmation)
? Resolve supply issues and escalate to the Material Specialist those that cannot be resolved in a timely manner.
? Past due / crisis purchase order management
? Invoice (quantity block) reconciliation
? Liability investigation / purchase order processing
? Quality notification processing and some rework management including following up with the vendor on the replacement of rejected goods (if required).
? Transportation mode of shipment exception management
? Initiating approval for airfreight shipments over $1000’s
? Managing supplier performance metrics(VRR editing, SFR)
? Collaboration on forward demand horizon (DELFOR)
? Tactical continuous improvement (data quality, MOQs, lot sizing, implementing Delfor process)
? Liaise with Resource Planners to advise any changes to the supplier delivery dates
? Visit regional suppliers to build relationships and understand the production process.
? handling cross continental communications with focus plant production planners, including evening concalls.

任职资格:

Education
? Bachelor or Master Degree in economics, logistics and/or relevant Supply chain Qualifications and/or.
? APICS is preferred.

Work Experience
a) 3-5 years working experience in material planning in manufactory site.
b) Skillful with ERP system, especially in planning module. Experience in SAP is favorable.

Required Knowledge
a) In-depth knowledge of material planning and production planning are must. Deployment knowledge is a plus.
b) Good knowledge of supply chain waste elimination. Have experience of conducting supply chain waste analysis/leading waste elimination projects
c) Be familiar with fast consuming products operations, sales forecast, product distribution and initiative process

d) Data sensitive and systematic thinking
e) Demonstrate strong analytical, time management, and follow up skills
f) Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills both in English and Chinese
g) Experience on custom service or material planner is preferred
h) Demonstrated ability to implement change and improve processes across the operations function.

i) Proficient in MS Excel, MS Access, MS Word
j) Passion to work.
