You have successfully completed your master’s degree and now you can hardly wait to really get going – preferably in an international environment. On our management trainee program, you will quickly assume responsibility for your tasks in product management. From the outset, you will feel like an important part of the KION Group and a member of an effective and friendly team.

Tasks

• You will play a key role in product innovation and improvement, and work closely with the brand and product team for the Asia-Pacific region (APAC).

• Your overarching task is to develop a method for the analysis and administration of the data that we receive from our fleet management systems, energy management system, AGV performance systems and so on.

• The objective is to process this data in such a way that it can be presented clearly and comprehensibly to our customers.

• You will then advise your customers on optimizing their material handling systems based on your professional reports.

 

Requirements

• You have a master’s degree in engineering and are looking to put your knowledge into practice.

• You have business-level Chinese and English so that you can communicate with customers and your international co-workers.

• You are a team player with strong communication skills, enjoy analyzing data, look forward to exciting assignments abroad, and have a high level of personal initiative.

• Ideally, you have initial practical experience in a technical role and have already gained experience abroad.
