职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinates preventive maintenance of installed systems.
2. Conducts frontline troubleshooting as required, including on a call out basis. VIP user support.
3. Aligns systems implemented with JCI global IT standards
4. Maintains equipment at optimum performance, conducting performance reviews, housekeeping and returning at regular intervals.
5. Ensures security and data administration are effectively managed, in accordance with agreed policies.
6. Assists in the continuous development of systems by identifying and defining deficiencies and possible enhancements.
7. Helps with the identification of educational and training requirements and conduct training to assist office personnel in understanding the concepts and functionality of systems being implemented.
8. Responsible for ensuring agreed service levels are maintained and reported directly to the local management and IT manager.
9. Ensures systems and procedures are compliant with appropriate legislative and JCI's BOS requirements, ie Data Protection Act., SOX, etc
Requirements:
1. Education: College degree in Information or Computer Technology
2. Proficiency in English language, especially in listening/ speaking
3. Experience Microsoft products, WinXP and Office are must, Win7 experience preferred.
4. Knowledge of Win2003/Win2008 AD & Domain environment is a must, MCSE preferred.
5. Knowledge of CISCO products is a must, CCNA preferred.
6. Lotus notes client experience preferred
7. Process-oriented, ITIL knowledge will be seen as an advantage
8. More than 5 years working experience, of which at least 3 years in the area of IT solutions under multinational environment.
9. Language skills : Bilingual; Chinese and English.
