About This Job:

This Role will support the China Seeds team in developing Strategy and initiating and leading key strategic projects at a high level of quality, against agreed objectives, budget and timelines.

The accountabilities are as follows,

· Manage all aspects of the program/project with a focus on scope, planning, quality and budget of the program/project, working with cross-business, cross-functional, and external stakeholders plus development and challenge of the content of projects

· Facilitates the China Seeds planning across businesses and functions to gain strategic alignment and enable delivery of business goals

· Support the development of the X-matrix based strategic agenda and manages PMO resource through effective deployment of team members and leads the tracking of strategic plans;

· Closely work with China Seeds Leadership Team to ensure regional level Business Plan Review (“BPR”) contributing to the delivery of overall China strategy objectives and corporate goals.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

· BA or Masters degree, preferably in Agricultural related

· Proved project management skill

· Excellence planning skill

· Strong communication and influencing skill

· Min. 5 years working experience in an international environment, desirably agro or adjacent industry

· Project management experience, including knowledge on key project management concept and tools

· Experience in supporting the implementation of strategic decisions within the operational units

· Track record of excellent stakeholder management

· Fluent in English
