Position Specification:

1.      General legal consultancy;

2.      Corporate legal affairs management;

3.      Government related legal affairs management;

4.      Internal legal policies implementation;

5.      Litigation/dispute management;

6.      Crisis manangement.

Basic Accountabilities:

1.      Work independently to provide reliable and efficient legal consultancy to various functional departments and business teams;

2.      Work on corporate governance, structure optimization and business integration as required;

3.      Maintain good record and update of corporate registration and license/certifcations;

4.      Handle government inspections and dawnraids;

5.      Play an active role in implementation of internal legal policies and enhancing the company’s compliance culture;

6.      Responsible for various types of dispute resolution including arbitrations, litigations and negotiations related to commercial contracts, public incidents, labor, etc.;

7.      Review and provide consultancy on different types of contracts and legal documents;

8.      Keep vigilant on the evolvement of laws and regulations;

9.      Other legal affairs assigned.
