Key Responsibility:

  

1. Develop and implement external training curriculum for HCPs, including hospital training program and training in Medtronic facilities (MIC, Medtronic Innovation Center).

2. Develop and implement internal product training courses for sales team.

3. Working with GC sales and marketing training team on selling skill training.

4. KOL/customer communication to identify unmet training needs.

5. Clinical supporting for marketing and sales team.

6. Other appointed tasks and projects.

            

 

  

Education and working experience

  

1. Bachelor’s degree is needed. Master’s degree is preferred.

2. At least 3-5 years’ experience in marketing/training roles (or relative roles) in medical device or pharmaceutical companies.

3. Strong capability in presentation (in Chinese). Skillful in office software. Fluent in English communication.

4. Experience in project/program management.

5. Basic business knowledge and marketing sense.

6. Clinical background, especially in nephrology would be preferred.
