Job Title:                   Associate AR accountant

Reporting to:               Sr. China Credit Manager

 

 

Main purpose of the Job:

To provide credit support to the Business Units and to credit manager. By working with FSSC, this position is expected to contribute toward the overall China AR reporting and management, as well as identifying opportunities for improved business performance.

 

MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Daily credit release for sales order

2. Book AR collection timely and accurately, and reconcile AR with 3rd party customers on time.

3. Billing invoice regularly and reconciling VAT number with SAP monthly.

4. Work with sales team to reduce AR overdue percentage monthly to achieve AR% target

5. Improve more intuitive weekly AR collection report with the performance by salesman.  Send AR collection and overdue report weekly to BU

6. By working with FSSC team, prepare regular computation and reporting, for example: AR bad debt reserve and right of return calculation, etc.  And perform other metrics analysis includes DSO, % past due, etc

7. Support internal and external audit. Maintain proper voucher filing every month to meet internal and external requirement.

8. Master data preparation and maintenance, and periodic reconciliation properly performed

9. Adhoc requested by business and management.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

1. College or above, major in Accounting or Finance Management;

 2. 1 year experience in Accounting or Finance;

3. Good communication skills and excellent teamwork attitude;

4. Quick Leaner, good sense and Work under pressure and positive;

 5. Fluent English, both verbal and written;

6. SAP Key User is preferred

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
