KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- work with vendors for Hadoop/Spark/HBASE applications development

- Support day-to-day Hadoop/Spark/HBASE running with high quality and optimize the performance

- Support day-to-day ETL running and monitering

- Cooperate with data scientist in the context of business objectives, with a focus on data source and data transformation

- Research of high value of big data and the relevant mathematical modeling

Job Requirements:

- Previous experience on Hadoop ecosystem and one of the Hadoop tools (HDFS, Spark, Pig, Hive, Hbase, Scoop, Kafka...)

- Expertise on ETL, data lake, data modeling

- Strong knowledge in SQL (Oracle/MSSQL/MySQL...) and NoSQL (HBase/MongoDB...)

- Strong knowledge in one of the scriping languages like SQL, R, Python and Scala

- Experience with implementing a project in Hadoop area is plus

- Good communication skill with end users

- Good ability to prioritize and plan own tasks

- Good ability for trouble shoting
