Product Manager - Low Pressure Centrifugal

Mission

To provide best low pressure centrifugal product and marketing package for sales team in China to achieve maximum customer value.

Job description

Implementation of divisional product marketing activities
- Implementation of sales & marketing promotions for low pressure centrifugal products (ZB/ZBIG/ZM) in China.
- To prepare all technical materials such as sales brochures, leaflets, presentation, technical quotation, etc.
-To collect marketing information and product performance information as required.
-To performs other duties and responsibilities necessary for the achievement of the sales and market share objectives.

Marketing analysis & intelligence
- To provide regular updates on competitive pricing, strategy, market share and tactical moves.
- To gather market intelligence from divisional marketing functions, branch sales force and third-parties. Analyze the market data and their related impact, based on collective knowledge of the industry.
- To make professional market, application and competitor analysis report.

Sales competence training
-To prepare and update training materials to cope with the development of business and company strategies.
-To provide intensive training of product knowledge to sales team and dealer for responsible products in China.

Co-ordination and support to sales team
- To support sales team to achieve sales target.
- To provide technical & product marketing support for sales team in terms of market. segmentation, competitive intelligence and branding strategy to achieve maximum customer value.
-To provide technical advice to sales force and customers.
-To help salesmen to complete technical bidding documents and technical clarification for tenders.
-To support salesmen and customers in the respect of technical enquiries and help them to resolve technical problems.

Experience requirements

- Minimum of 5-year experience in technical or sales and marketing, preferably in an international environment.
-Good knowledge of the blower industry.
-Network with local design institute would be a plus.

Knowledge

Fluency in Chinese with a good command of English is a requirement.

Educational requirements

-University degree or above, majored in mechanical engineering or equivalent.

Personality requirements

Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
Self-starter.
Good commercial understanding and skills.
