Responsibilities:

1. Help create a database for contracts and important customer information. Extract reports on these as required.
2. Sales report （Monthly sales report，Key customer product line analysis etc） .
3. Ensuring that work is completed to good quality and on time and to budget where relevant.
4. order planning - customer forecast checking and reminding update.
5. Successfully run events to time and budget – Key events are fortnightly meeting, quarterly meetings and annual conference.
6. Departmental procedure document
7. Canton Fair Support
8. Assist business development manager to promote customer and business related work

Requirements:

1. Familiar with MS office, especially with excel data handling capacity

2. Excellent command of verbal and written English and Chinese

3. 3+ years experience in similar work, preferably in a start-up company

4. At least a college’s degree in relevant area

5. Good planning and organizing skills, very detail oriented

6. Ability to hand multiple demands and activities in a group environment

7. Excellent self-learning ability and adaptation skills

8. Great communication skills, can work alone as well as in a team
