Job Summary / Purpose

? The purpose of the Jr IT Supporter (JSP) is to help and guide the users globally on the phone or mail to get back to normal IT Service, if they are experiencing IT issues. This can be done by using existing documentation or by finding workarounds, following the ITIL standards to the extent decided in Global IT

? Jr IT Support is responsible for global handling off all 1. Level support, and some 2. Level support.


Essential Duties / Responsibilities

? The Jr IT Supporter (JSP) is responsible for achieving the KPI’s defined for the area, regarding support of IT users contacting Coloplast IT Support, as well as achieving personal KPI's defined in cooperation with the IT Manager (ITM). ? JSP is responsible for daily handling of incidents (phone calls and e-mails) as well as making sure, that their shifts are always covered - if the JSP cannot cover his/her shift, the JSP needs to find another to cover, except in case of illness

? JSP is responsible for communication to end-users via Connect IT in case of performance issues or break downs and for escalating if a Major Incident occurs and to inform the users that they need to be subscribed to the proper alerts via Connect

? JSP is also responsible for seeking knowledge and keeping updated with CP standard applications and HW.

? JSP is responsible for continuously working towards meeting the overall Support SLAs using defined processes.

? Participation in projects are on an as needed basis to be evaluated by the manager, but Support is number one priority. ITMs will appoint/ask the JSP/SP profile needed.

? JSP is responsible for handling incidents with a high degree of professionalism and a high level of quality.

? JSP is responsible for supporting all CP users globally

Job Qualifications

? Mid or long-term education IT related and/or Experience from a similar Support job in an international environment ? Experience from the IT or medical device business is an advantage

? Knowledge or experience with IT processes (ITIL/Prince2) is an advantage

? Educated in Service/Communication skills are preferred

? Good IT Technical skills are required
