Job Purpose (State in a nutshell the overall objective of the role)

Follow up Sandoz products’ distribution process to ensure timely and smooth delivery. Support commercial &DP on customer creation application, customer and price master data maintenance, commercial terms setting, contract review, rebate and return settlement. Make routine reports and analysis data, and implement Sandoz internal control and SOP.

Major Accountabilities (Describe the main results of the role to be achieved )

Sandoz product delivery control

• Follow up customer creation process, update and maintain customer master data and price master data.

• Coordinate with BPA on commercial terms approval, contract review, rebate and goods return &replace issue.

• Keep regular contact with 3rd party logistic to arrange shipment and solve problem on any related issues occurring during the process. Update and provide delivery status from 3rd party logistic to customer or commercial &DP.

• Cross-communication with FRA, SCM, QA etc. on distribution management issues.

• Good practice on filling commercial documentation.

• Provide products’ related documents to CM or distributors.

  Sales Data and reports

• Collect In/out/Stock data form commercial &DP on monthly basis.

• Assist with CSM on monthly Accrual Report and daily sales report.

• Provide routine reports timely and accurately.

Background (State the required education, experience level, and competency profile)

Education: University graduate with 2-3 years’ working experience in customer service and international

trading.

Languages: Good spoken & written

Experience：

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in relevant fields，experience in logistic or finance will be preferred

• Experience in distribution control, good analyzing and execution capability, ability to work independently

• Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience in SAP operations and Access database is preferred

• Proficiency in spoken and written English
