Position Purpose:

Independently provide valuable recommendations for product strategy and promotion operation through deep analysis of market research and competitor information. Compliance with applicable policies, procedures and other regulations.

Major Accountabilities:

1. Analyze relevant markets and point out opportunities for product development

2. Understand customer and consumer attitudes, perceptions and behaviors

3. Analyze competitor strategies and activities through CI function

4. Develop and maintain effective Position Purpose network to collect information and data

5. Propose, manage and monitor marketing research projects

6. Works closely with brand teams and Sales Operations to leverage all external and internal data

7. Update brand Monthly Flash

8. Support in MASH Tracker report and other routine market report

9. Support C4MPH brand plan and POA planning process in accordance with global/local requirement

10. Develop patient flow and forecasting for brand marketing plan

11. Coach and provide guidance to the staff to be compliant

Education:

University education, medical statistic, marketing or relative specialty

Experience:

Field Sales, Clinical Research and/or Market Research

3+ years working experience

Languages:

Fluency of English, both written and oral
