Major Accountabilities:

Stock receiving: to inspect goods arrived, to prepare documentation, to update inventory in system;

Stock delivery: to print delivery note by notice, to file all printed documents;

Warehouse Maintenance: to maintain warehouse hardware and to keep records;

QA related: to file testing reports issued by engineer and quality reports issued by QA.

To know systems (JDE) well. Can handle some systems problem.

Daily system transfer is consistent with vender’s system.

Monthly cycle counting and API, responsible for each parts and bin inventory accuracy.

Comply with the rules of the company.

Key Performance Indicators:

Work carefully, have a strong sense of logic and principle.

Be sensitive with the numbers.

Can work under pressure and good team spirit.

Ideal Background Education:

Minimum：Technical second school or above in mechanical or logistic engineering, high school is a must and bottom line.

Preferred：Collegue in logistics

Languages: Basic skill on English communication, can read it’s a must.

Experience/Professional Requirement: Minimum：At least 2-3 years of working experience as a warehouse keeper or related work.

Basic EPR system knowledge.

Be good at related office software (MS word, Excel，ERP), SAP is a plus.
