As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will be part of the Electrification Products Division and Marketing and Sales (BU) based in Beijing. ABB is the world leader in offering the Electrification Products and Systems that provide Building Products, Electrification Solutions, Installation Products, Protection and connection and Medium Voltage Products.

As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible to set up the long-term strategy for EWA business development, Planning ‘RMB300M in 2020’ activity and implement accordingly.

Your Task as a Product Marketing Specialist will include the following:

1. Driving the marketing strategy implementation to cover major channel/segment.
2. Optimize EWA portfolio, clear positioning in each segment.
3. Define the growth opportunity to achieve ‘RMB300M in 2020’ sales target.
4. Tracing the market trends and submit new product request.
5. Work with LBU/GPG to support local sales in terms of the offering, project support.
6. Regular review sales performance including Pricing, GM% and NPV, take the action accordingly.
7. Initiate the promotion activity.
8. Engage in the distributor and other partner development.
9. Inventory management.

? Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is required.
? 5+ years of Marketing/Sales Experience in EWA business.
? Good presentation, selling and interpersonal skills is preferred.
? Excellent written and oral communication skills is must.
? Experience in retail market is plus.
