As a Sales Specialist, you will be part of the Electrification Products Division and Marketing and Sales Business Unit (BU) based in Beijing. ABB is the world leader in offering the Electrification Products and Systems that provide Building Products, Electrification Solutions, Installation Products, Protection and connection and Medium Voltage Products.


Your Task as a Sales Specialist will include the following:

1. Acquire new projects from the existing and new customers, for related segment customer.
2. Identify and develop new and key accounts in the relative segment.
3. Obtain good knowledge of all business group systems, equipment and capabilities.
4. Keep customers informed of new developments in which they have an interest.
5. Develop quotations in accordance with the division objectives and philosophies.
6. Conduct commercial negotiation with the customer.
7. Serve as interface between company and customer to insure customer needs are satisfied with resultant performance integrity and as a basis for future mutually satisfactory business dealings.
8. Establish and maintain favorable work relationships with customers.
9. Monitor and report competitive activity and provides sales and marketing feedback and direction to the business group.


? Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering.
? Knowledge of Electrical product, system and application: Medium / Low switchgear.
? 5+ years of working Experience, at least 5 years in Electrical Project Sales / Marketing or in Project Management, preferably for related industry; preferably for Engineer background before sales.
? Self-motivated, highly credible, Positive & Continuous learning attitude will be considered as plus.
? Good communication and interpersonal skills in terms of influencing, negotiating and listening is preferred.

? Fluent in English Communication.

1.从现有客户和潜在客户获取新项目

2.识别和开发行业内的新客户和重点客户

3.精通所有业务组系统、设备的知识与能力

4.保持客户持续了解感兴趣产品的最新进展

5.目标客户群--从事EPC海外业务的中字头企业

6.根据业务部门目标制定报价策略

7.组织与客户进行商务谈判

8.作为公司与客户之间的接口,确保满足客户需求,为双方的业务合作奠定基础

9.建立并保持与客户良好的工作关系

10.收集与汇报竞争对手动态,为业务团队提供销售和市场反馈和指导


挑战:

通过商务合作与技术解决方案,与客户建立紧密合同联系。

任职资格:

1.电气工程专业本科及以上学历

2.熟悉电气产品、系统及应用:中/低压开关柜

3.5年以上工作经验,至少从事5年电气工程销售或项目管理,工业领域、工程师背景优先考虑

4.自我激励,高度可信;

5.良好的人际关系技巧(客户影响、商务谈判和倾听)

6.良好的沟通技巧;

7.积极、持续的学习态度

8.流利的英语交流能力
