1. Support the development of product design and processing guidelines, technical drawings, testing, and documentation;
2. Plans and execute R&D projects following the ABB Gate Model and are delivered on time and on budget according to priorities. Oversees efficient, timely and quality project execution using the most appropriate internal and external resources and partners (e.g. universities, Corporate Research Centers (CRCs)), as well as tools;
3. Factory troubleshooting / product care upon request;
4. Be able to challenge the status quo in technical issues, projects and/or processes, transfer your materials/processing knowledge and findings from lab scale to production environment;
5. Closely communicate/cooperate with other R&D engineers (technology, factory, and suppliers) locally and globally.

？ Master's degree or above in Materials, Processing, Electrical Engineering or mechanical design with 2 years or more of relevant experience as a technical engineer or similar role in a global corporate environment
？ Experience in high-voltage product R&D and development of insulation products an advantage
？ Good communication skills and team spirit;
？ Self-motivated, innovative, structured and systematic thinking;
？ Strong result-driven, high quality and high speed player;
？ Fluency in English – both written and spoken (any additional language is a plus);
？ Availability to travel internationally as required.
