Job Description
The grafixpool team is located in Munich and Beijing. As an international team of specialists we visualize the ideas of our consultants and turn them into best-in-class management presentations with high recognition value. At the same time, we will support you with continuous training and regular feedback on your personal development.

Responsibility:
l Preparing documentation of handwritten submissions from the consultancy teams including proofreading (PowerPoint Production)
l To produce text and graphics with Illustrator / Photoshop and insert them into PowerPoint
l To take responsibility for special tasks, e.g. task coordinator, chief proofreader, etc.
l Coordination with internal project teams and external suppliers
l To draft and create print media (CD-covers, posters, etc.)
Qualification:
l A university degree with excellent knowledge of spoken and written English, knowledge of German is of advantage
l Strong teamworking skills, flexibility, attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure and on own initiative
l Good communication skills (communicate clearly and effectively), results-oriented, can see things from the customer's viewpoint
l Time management, coordination skills and ability to prioritize
l Quality awareness, creativity
l Microsoft Office 2007 (2010) (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
l Optional: Graphics software (CS6: PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign)
