ELCM Specialist, GBS Front office, Human Resources

General Description:

We are seeking HR ELCM (employee life cycle management) Specialist with relevant HR experience and background for our Global Business Services (GBS) Front Office, HR team in Xiamen, China.

As a HR GBS ELCM Specialist, you will be responsible for execute accurate service processes related to Employee Life Cycle, following employee changes in company from onboarding to separation, ensure appropriate support for internal customers, and oversee accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders.

Tasks

· Handle employee life cycle activities like onboarding, separation, transfer, ectc.

· Manage employee’s labor contract and personal file

· Manage working hour application renewal, pre-employment screening according to business requirement

· Support Internal/External audit process

· Arrange new employee orientation training

· Handle long service award

· Coordinate with vendor/agency

· Coordinate with other GBS service line and Hub GBS team ( In Bangalore, India)

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or above

· Knowledge of business environment and structure and desire to keep up to date regarding business and industry trends and implications

· 1+ years’ experience in HR ES function, working experience in foreign company is an advantage

· Collaboration and networking skills

· Excellent speaking & written in English.
