• Position Objective：
• Sourcing, more Commodity related work. Develop and implement sourcing strategy according to company business strategy.

采购偏重商务部分的工作。根据公司的业务战略制定执行采购战略。

• Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering related majors. From well-known college is preferred; -- 工科专业本科和以上，重点大学优先
• Limited/Professional working proficiency in English; -- 能够/熟练使用英语处理工作上的事情
• Good communication skill & team work spirit is a must. Cross function project management experience with solid result is preferred; -- 必须要有好的沟通能力并且具备团队精神，有跨部门项目管理经验和成果的优先
• 5 years sourcing/manufacturing work experience (in (strategic) sourcing, procurement, project management, buyer, industrial engineer, mechanical engineer, design engineer, production plan department) in industrial area for bachelor, 3 years for master as minimum requirement. MNC (industrial area) factory work experience is a plus; -- 工厂采购，物料，项目管理，工程师，生产计划等5年工作经验（本科）或硕士学历3年工作经验
• Energetic, adapt to flexible working time and 30%+ travel; -- 工作上有激情，适应加班和出差
• Strong integrity/compliance sense with flawless record; -- 有诚信意识比以身作则无不良记录
• Result oriented, capable to work under pressure, adapt to fast-changing, adapt to DBS culture; -- 适应DBS，适应快速变革不断提高，能够承受压力，结果导向
• Essential Job Functions:
• Develop and implement sourcing strategy according to company business strategy

• New supplier sourcing and build up strategic partnership with key suppliers
• 应商开发，与主要供应商建立战略伙伴关系
• Lead supplier selection, bidding, qualification activities, supplier base optimization.

领导供应商选择、竞标、批准等活动，供应商优化

• Work with SQE to improve supplier performance and drive supplier to make continuous improvement

与供应商配合一起改善供应商绩效，推动供应商持续改善

• Initiate cost saving projects & lead material cost reduction activities
• 成本降低项目，领导物料成本降低活动
• Support SQE for PPAP approval and handle supplier NCRs for daily work

支持SQE完成PPAP批准，处理供应商不符合项

• Proactively response to material supply market trend and new manufacture process/technologies
• 料供应市场以及制造新技术和工艺做出前瞻性反馈
• Price and contract negotiations with suppliers

与供应商进行价格和合同谈判

• Lead sourcing activities for new product development project

领导新产品开发项目的各项采购活动

• Drive to reach personal and department KPI targets
• 个人和部门KPI目标达成
• Initial sourcing analysis for new product developing project /transfer projects and take action

发起新产品开发项目或转移项目, 并采取相应的行动
