Position Specification:

  

Responsible for providing legal opinion on the operational and purchase contracts, ensuring that the contract provisions are being met as well as to identify, prevent and minimize legal risks and provide professional support in improving the business development.

  

  

Basic Accountabilities:

  

1. Draft and review the operational and purchase contracts, provide legal advices on the risk assessment and help business team work out practical risk mitigation solutions;

2. Assist business team in negotiating contracts with the clients/vendors if needed;

3. Conduct compliance review during the contract conclusion;

4. Provide daily legal consultancy services to internal departments regarding contract terms, contract review policies and procedures;

5. Conduct legal training to employees at branches and other related depts.;

6. Be responsible for preparing the ACE documents of contract legal review team;

7. Other tasks assigned by the manager or legal depts’.

Qualification Requirement:

  

1. Education: LL.B. or LL.M.;

2. Experience: Minimum 3 years related work experience;

3. Language: Good English language and written capability;

4. Computer Skills: Good at office software skillfully, and master Word, Excel and PowerPoint;

5. Pass Chinese Bar Exam preferred;

6. Strong independent working ability, teamwork orientation, and good communication skills.

- Dynamic and motivated individual with strong analytical and communication skills, Integrity, discipline, persistent in getting things done, team work, responsibility and awareness of service are also key points;

  

- Good ability to deal with emergency events and work under heavy pressure;
